“Beaucoup de fruits au nez, un léger menthol et des herbes. Des notes persistantes mais légères d’atelier mécanique et du miel de thym, mais aussi de la fumée. La bouche s’ouvre avec douceur, puis les fruits et les autres arômes s’assemblent et montent en puissance. Une très belle évolution de bouche avec un côté givré assez marqué. La finale est très longue avec comme une poire William et d’autres fruits jaunes. Le verre vide offre encore plus d’arômes, sur les côtés fumés, fraîcheur et atelier mécanique : une merveille !”
