Actually, the 99 vintage is one of my favorites among the PMs. This one is rather weak compared to the others, tastes a bit thin, clearly lacks complexity, at the same time there is a slight woody off note.
Typical PM profile. I lack a little the element of surprise that would justify the called price. Not a bad rum, but m.E. no highlight.
one of the most disappointing PM, especially when it comes to tropical aging. Whether it's a dark, heavy type, or a pure, sweet type, this one is incomplete, the thick, oily body is not necessary, but its flavor is too thin. Under the premise of lacking flavor, the only flavor left is not coherent.
