"It seems weird how all of these newer pot still rums have these weird olive water note. This one manages to hold its weirdness down, because not everything can be Paranubes. Still it is rather pleasent."

"Nez, Une canne vivace et expressive. Du citron vert, de la menthe, sa sent le mojito ! De la pomme verte acidulée aussi. En bouche, sucrosité de la canne fraîche, de la poire pochée, des épices et un aspect métallique (le pot still est bien présent). Un aspect salin étonnant et une finale astringente sur l'olive verte, sur la saumure. Très bon dans son genre, encore un bon exemple du savoir faire de Madère."
