White rums addict rising up this bottle’s rating. 💪🏼 Black currents running up my nose the way, that I actually feel it in the mouth. I am not a huge fan of vegetal taste at the end in other rums. Here it kinda fits. Next trip - Madeira. 🗺
Nez, Une canne vivace et expressive. Du citron vert, de la menthe, sa sent le mojito ! De la pomme verte acidulée aussi. En bouche, sucrosité de la canne fraîche, de la poire pochée, des épices et un aspect métallique (le pot still est bien présent). Un aspect salin étonnant et une finale astringente sur l'olive verte, sur la saumure. Très bon dans son genre, encore un bon exemple du savoir faire de Madère.
