The finish is long with earthy, woody and grassy flavors on the palate. This Rhum Agricole is dry and is suitable as an aperitif or digestif. Highly recommended as a ti-punch 🥃. The lime brings a very lemony and exotic scent to the nose. The taste is peppery with a pleasant sharpness, slightly sweet and exotic. really good.”
