“The nose is inviting and the scent of apricot is dominant, followed by floral notes. The taste is floral with a pleasant spiciness and the fruity notes fade into the background. The finish is long with earthy, woody and grassy flavors on the palate. This Rhum Agricole is dry and is suitable as an aperitif or digestif. Highly recommended as a ti-punch 🥃. The lime brings a very lemony and exotic scent to the nose. The taste is peppery with a pleasant sharpness, slightly sweet and exotic. really good.”
