Coeur de Canne is a white agricole rum distilled in 2021 at La Favorite distillery in Martinique. Made from sugar cane juice using a Creole Column, it boasts a 55% ABV. On the nose lightly roasted vegetal notes of corn, lychee, cane, floral and creamy notes. A really nice agricole, great price value ratio. On the nose, olives are really noticeable, plus agrumes and grassy notes. Drink side, no more olives, this is a grassy and agrumes driven rhum, with a nice thick body
