It was distilled in 2013 from Molasses and then aged for 7 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 66,9%. "16.12.2022 Enjoying some samples at home with a good friend. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, light wood, fruity, pineapple, faint coffee, berries, balanced, faint ginger. Palate Medium intense, wood, spicy, fresh, fruity, light ester, faint chocolate, pineapple, light banana, light herbs. Finish Long and spicy, wood, light smoke, fruits, faint grass, light pineapple, light chocolate, light herbs. Extra note. Needs to rest for a while to really open up."
