Heute gibt‘s mal einen 4er flight New Yarmouth 1994. Eines meiner Lieblingsprofile, Appleton 21yr goes SVW. #4 geht an Thompson Bros. #1 geht an Swell de Spirits. Sehr kräftig, rund und ausgewogen. Getrocknete Marille, was mir sehr gefällt.

In the blind tasting, I would have guessed Foursquare. However, somewhat darker and toastier with little fruitiness. On the palate creamy, spicy and relatively dry. Beautiful bottling for a top rating but complexity on the palate is missing.
