Al naso è inebriante e molto fruttato ma anche vegetale con sentori di maturati tropicali, olive, zucca, agrumi e legumi; lasciandolo arieggiare nel complesso sembrano quasi degli esteri. Al palato è gustoso con papaya, zucca, erbe, fermentati, pepe e agrumi; nel finale abbastanza sapido e con una morbida canna dolce. Nel bicchiere vuoto olive e fermentati. (Buonissimo dopo una pizza con capperi e acciughe 👌)
Au nez je retrouve le cuir que j'ai sur pas mal de rhum pur jus distillé en alambic. Très agreable avec un léger "amidon" en bouche
