"08.10.2021 Enjoying some samples at home. Notes Transparent in colour. Nose Fresh, sugarcane, faint chocolate, light vegetal, faint coconut, light mineral. Palate Oily, fresh, medium dry, sugarcane, light mineral, medium spicy, spice, light citrus. Finish Medium long, medium spicy, round, sugarcane, light citrus."

"Nose, alcohol well present. Deserves to breathe.I have pepper, menthol, toasty/bread crust style sensation (typical still). A background of ripe red fruit. In the mouth, alcohol better integrated than the batch 2. The spices (pepper) come out well. The greedy markers of the still are present. It is more greedy, fruity than batch 2. More pleasant. Nice finish, greedy and round."
