“This is a younger Barbados rum and it comes at you from opening the bottle. It needs to rest for a while to release all of its potential. Lightly smoky and woody from nose to finish. Add some fruit and spices, a hint of spices and caramel ad you have a good rum. Price to quality is very good.”

“Etwas schärfer als der zweite 2011er aus der Colours of Rum Reihe, insgesamt etwas unausgewogenere Alkoholintegration, weniger süss und etwas herber. Entsprechend zwar etwas komplexer, aber für mich nicht zwangsläufig interessanter.”
