This is a limited release and there are only 255 bottles.

“Le nez est plutôt complexe sur les dattes, le café et le sirop d'érable (me restait-il encore du Eleven Canada dans mon verre !?). Une touche de caramel au beurre doucement épicé complète ce nez exotique et invitant. En bouche c’est surprenant car je retrouve comme du Cointreau (liqueur d’orange). Mais pas que évidemment, il y a des épices, de la vanille et à nouveau du sirop d’érable en fil conducteur de la soirée. La finale est douce et moyennement longue sur le zeste d’orange. Cette distillerie m’était parfaitement méconnue et je trouve ce distillat très atypique avec ce profil concentré sur l’orangette.”
