"To release all the flavours I had to add a drop of water. Once the water was added the flavour profile changed quite a bit. A lightly fruity Agricole with grass and spices and unique in a way. Nice and warn with a very, very light touch of wood."
"At the beginning a nice woody, ripe Agricole, but then the not well integrated alcohol clearly overlays. Too bad!"
"Broad Agricole. Not particularly memorable or pronounced in any particular direction. Nice woody note and alcoholic finish. Unfortunately really little and indefinable on the nose."
"Amazingly light agricole. Despite the 60%, which is noticeable but not pungent, the rum is surprisingly light. A pleasant grassy-floral freshness, which is disturbed by a slightly musty note on the nose, is combined with a slight sweetness that I am not used to in agricoles, creating a very pleasant overall character. Not at all earthy or even woody-bitter, as many other agricoles are, this rum is a pleasant sipper for on the side, which nevertheless does not disappoint with its comparatively high ABV!"
