„To release all the flavours I had to add a drop of water. Once the water was added the flavour profile changed quite a bit. A lightly fruity Agricole with grass and spices and unique in a way. Nice and warn with a very, very light touch of wood.“

„Breiter Agricole. Nicht besonders einprägsam oder ausgeprägt in einer bestimmten Richtung. Schöne Holznote und alkoholischer Abgang. In der Nase leider echt wenig und undefinierbar.“

„Erstaunlich leichter Agricole. Trotz der 60%, die gut spürbar, aber nicht stechend sind, kommt der Rum erstaunlich leicht daher. Eine angenehme grasig-blumige Frische, die an der Nase durch einen leicht muffigen Ton gestört wird, kombiniert sich mit einer leichten, für mich bei Agricole ungewohnten Süße und erzeugt somit einen sehr angenehmen Gesamtcharakter. Überhaupt nicht erdig oder gar holzig-bitter, wie dies viele andere Agricoles sind, ist dieser Rum ein angenehmer Sipper für nebenbei, der durch seinen vergleichsweise hohen ABV trotzdem nicht enttäuscht!“

„Very powerful at the beginning, even overwhelming. Thanks Kevin for your comment to add a bit of water, it really worked wonders. After this the flavor profile opens up some more and the fruity side of it steps forward, pushing the overpowering alcohol a bit to the back whilst still packing more than a punch. Not the easiest agricole I’ve tasted so far.“
