To Foursquare
"Overall an very OK everyday rum, especially when taking the price into account. The brand Doorly’s was founded by Martin Doorly & Company, but is nowadays owned and produced by Foursquare and Mr. Richard Seale. The 5yo is a single blended rum, a combination of column and pot still, aged in former bourbon casks whereafter it’s bottled without any dosage or additives at 40%."
"Not exciting on its own but not bad, but it's great in cocktails and is currently my go-to for a Barbados rum punch. But it also works well in Old Cubans, rum and cola etc"
"a good entry-level rum. Easy to drink, with gourmet notes of caramel, toffee and coconut, and a light roasted woodiness. Well rounded thanks to the Bourbon cask. Short finish. I'm also thinking of trying it in cocktails."
"All my Tastings and Scores are purely based on “Rums under £50”. I rarely look at Rums over £50 for my YouTube."
