Une très belle version de Bologne. Bel équilibre, de la gourmandise et de la torréfaction...
Die 11 oder 12 Jahre Reifung merkt man diesem Agricole schon an. Nase: würzig und fruchtig. Ahornsirup und Karamell geben die Süße und grüner Apfel, Guave und ein Potpourri aus Zitrusfrüchten bringen die Fruchtigkeit. Diese kommt jedoch etwas künstlich daher, Richtung Orangeat oder Zitronat. Roter Pfeffer, Ingwer, Nelke und etwas Kümmel machen ihn würzig. Eine leichte Essig-Note liegt hinter allem. Ganz ok. 7,9 Gaumen: würzig und getoastet oder röstig. Leicht floral und holzig zugleich. Er hat eine cremige, fast speckige Textur und erinnert an fette Pekanuss. Getrocknete Aprikose kommt der vorhandenen Frucht am nächsten. Auch ist eine leichte Kakao-Note zu finden. Hinten heraus kommt etwas Heu hinzu. 8,1 Eine schöne Aromendichte mit ausgeglichenen Holz-Aromen und wenig grasigem Zuckerrohr. Eigentlich ganz gut.
