It was distilled in 1998 from Molasses and then aged for 22 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 60,7%. This is a limited release and there are only 218 bottles.

“Very tasty Caroni! Very similar to Bellamy's Reserve Caroni although only 3 months apart.Intense herbal and menthol notes, some bitter orange, smoky/dirty without it being too dominant, acacia honey, overripe mango and cinnamon bark, almost reminiscent of chai tea. In direct comparison to the Bellamy caroni is the here almost a little tamer and fruiter, only the finish is significantly shorter in comparison.”
