Enter your order ID on this page. You’ll find it in the confirmation email. The order details panel shows the current status, shipping updates, and estimated delivery.
Your order ID was sent to you via email right after checkout. Look for the subject line “RumX Order Confirmation”. You can also use the Mollie transaction ID (starting with tr_) — we’ll convert it automatically.
Shipping times depend on the shop fulfilling your order and your delivery address. Most orders within Germany arrive in 2–4 business days. European shipments typically take 3–7 business days. You can check the current status anytime on this page.
After checkout, you receive a confirmation email with your order ID. The shop then prepares your order and hands it to the shipping carrier. Once shipped, you can track your delivery status right here.
First, check your order status on this page using your order ID. If the status shows “shipped” but delivery is overdue, please contact us at info@rum-x.com with your order ID and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Once an order is placed, it goes directly to the fulfilling shop for processing. For changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible at info@rum-x.com — we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

When you buy rum through RumX, your order is fulfilled by one of our partner shops — specialist rum retailers across Europe. After checkout, you receive a confirmation email with your unique order ID. You can use that ID on this page at any time to check your order status, see shipping updates, and find out when your rum will arrive.
