Top review from Robert Bauer:
"Nose If Diamond 1988 was Mozarts Requiem, this fellow is Bachs Mass in B-Minor! Hence deeper, more transcendental and complex. The driest plums from Bavaria. Raisins from Turkey. The finest tobacco from Vuelta Abajo. The sweetest Medjoul dates from Jordan. Burned insense straight from the Vatican. New Santoni leather boots. Damp earth in a jungle. Molasses and Art Deco furniture. But also mouthwatering scents of grilled lamb with mint in a morocan restaurant. Beneath all this wild stew, a subtle hint of lavender and Ylang-Ylang wafts through, lending elegance and finesse to the very oily and heavy notes. The Olympus of a bouquet. Palate Rome is burning ladies and gents! It's a juggernaut that crushes everything that came before it. By that we don't mean the incredibly well-integrated 72.1%, but the sheer force of flavours sizzling on the tongue. Big time molasses sweetness up front, carried by a fine cocoa bitterness of Bajan chocolate. Tonka beans creme, fleshy notes, morocan mint, cuban tobacco, intense Manuka Honey notes and Umami all over the place. The earthy, manioc root-y and leathery finish resembles the length of the Great Wall of China. Rating Can a rum get any better? The bouquet alone is so brillant and complex that you could easily sit down with a glass and a Charles Dickens book for days, just to smell and be satisfied. Palate-wise, it is comparable to the excellent 1975 Cadenhead's, only with slightly deeper and darker nuances. Anyone who wants a taste of spirits heaven should at least get a sample. La messa è finita. 96/100 Points"
Guyana PMM
Top review from Thunderbird:
"Ein hervorragender PM mit kontinentaler Reifung. Der macht richtig SpaĂ. Insgesamt sehr gediegen mit einem schĂśnen Aromenspiel von GewĂźrzen, Frucht und Kräutern . Je länger er atmet, desto weichere Aromen kommen dazu. Im Abgang wird das Ganze mit einer kräftigen dunkleren Note von Mokka und Zartbitterschokolade ergänzt. Der Alkohol ist top eingebunden."

Top review from Mirco:
"Great Port Mourant. In direct comparison with the Artesanal 1989 PM rum, somewhat fruitier but also more bitter with more wood. I like these bottlings more and more. More ABV would be better, as with most of these bottles, of course."

Top review from DomM:
"Komplex and elegant nose, nicely combining wood, fruits, and some herbal notes. Notes from the barrel aka wood is dominant on the palate. Again, nicely balanced with some herbs and red fruits. Small 1989 Utivlugt cross tasting: Nobilis vs. CorCol vs. CoR vs. Ricci vs. TWJ. On the nose: CoR >>> Ricci > TWJ = Nob > CC With its higher ABV the CoR is playing in a wholly different league - stunning on the nose. CC needs very much time to open up. TWJ with the darkest nose; Most leather and wood forwards. Palate: CoR > Nobilis > CC > TWJ >> Ricci"

"Vertical PM tasting: 89 / 95 /97 / 97 (cognac finish) / 02 / 05 / 13: Nose: Classic PM notes with some additional depth vs. the younger bottlings. Palate: nice complexity paying tribute to its age. Delivers what you would hope for in a continental PM with a nice touch of dried fruits."

Top review from Maxime Clr đŤđˇ:
"Superb nose between leather, spices and fruits. On the palate, power and complexity but especially the tobacco side which warms up, then comes the fruits. It is great!"

"Long finish. Mild in the mouth but still sharpness there. Complex and tasty but not top.Edit - RumX Advent 14.12.22:N: glue, wood, slightly smoky, nutty, fresh, some driedM: herbal, metallic, trop. Fruits, black teaAbgang bitter and dry but also fruity, woody, herbalI like the rum, although the finish completely dries out my palate.Believe also Port Mourant. 50-55% 20 years.I once had the 95 from Nobilis. I think the came relatively close.đŻđ¤đź"
S.B.S Guyana 2001 (Bourbon Cask) SV
Top review from DomM:
"Dark and heavy on the nose. Wood / liquorice / some dried fruits / roasted (nuts). Similar notes on the palate with liquorice / dried fruits and herbal notes. Feels a little harsh overall - from the freshly opened bottle mind you. Similarly to The Nectar SV this is not unlike the beloved SWR profile from 2001. However, again with a twist towards more herbal notes overall. Side-by-side with both to come :)"

"First of all, many thanks to Maria from precious liquors for the free sample. As you would expect, another successful bottling from them. You can argue about the price, but it's simply quality that keeps coming back in the bottle."

Top review from SaibotZtar :
"Very fruity on the nose with some glue, PM comes through only slightly. On the palate first fruity much glue then you notice but that it is a Guyana with some wood, chocolate and light herbal note.Absolutely exciting rum.I like very much."

Top review from RumTaTa:
"Second tasting: nice complex PM (+1) The nose reveals Port Mourant. This profile always makes me think of whisky (Highlands in this case). The alcohol tweaks and I'm also reminded of aged grappa. More intense on the palate than the nose suggests and surprisingly sweet. The finish is long, salty and dry as dust. It goes back in the direction of whisky, but this time smoky. The rum is definitely good and expressive but the PM profile is not for me."

Top review from zabo:
"An sich kein schlechter Rum, der einiges mitbringt beim ersten Schluck. Aber leider nur kurz am Anfang. Dann wirkt er sehr eindimensional und dßnn und verschwindet sehr schnell im Abgang als ob er nie dagewesen wäre. Fßr mich eine enttäuschende Abfßllung."

Top review from Kevin Sorensen đŠđ°:
"08.01.2022 Nice little tasting at my home with a few colleagues. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, fruits, plum, faint chocolate, light caramel. Palate Fresh, balanced, wood, fruits, light orange, prunes, light caramel. Finish Medium to long, wood, light roasted, fruits, light orange, faint chocolate, faint tobacco."
Port Morant Demerara Rum
Top review from cigares :
"A rum tasted in a restaurant, the bottle well started. A superb nose, like a clubhouse with old varnished wood, a light smokiness coming from the fireplace, dried fruits on the counter. Big disappointment on the palate, which doesn't live up to its olfactory promises. Diluted but with a beautiful bitterness, a surprising vegetal side. The finish is short but elegant. The empty glass reveals the lost aromas with a lovely fruity woodiness."
