"Very delicious balanced elegant rum from MM Jamaica 🤤🤤 Classic fruity nose paired with some esters, baking spices, yellow fruits and wood. In mouth the adventure continues with various fruits paired with fresh mint, roasted and notes of the barrel with some hints of ester and some hidden notes of licorice. The alcohol is integrated very well. The finish is medium long and dry. A mix of fruits and the barrel."

"Day 2 of the Samples de Luxe calendar.Honey forest color and oily.A nose of old wood, worn leather and creosote.A lively mouthfeel in alcohol, but immediately the flavors arrive. Welcome to an English club! The butler brings a very old whisky in a crystal decanter on a silver tray. Old leather, encaustic wood, cold tobacco, fireplace... The finish is long and balanced, very woody (but I am surprised by the venerable age of this rum). A very small defect for my taste, a little too much bitterness on the finish.A rum of legend! I had bet on an old Demerara.Empty glass it is a festival of aromas.Yet less tasty than its brother with the red label."
