"What. The. Fuck?! Still smells quite alright of raspberry, sugar cane and clove but then unfortunately tastes really like cheese, sweat and unripe green bell pepper, as well as sake... The alcohol is too present and all in all a bitter disappointment for a Velier bottling! Also almost undrinkable in a daiquiri, unless you like cheese in a daiquiri,..."

"Interessanter Rum. Allerdings stört mich der saure/vergorene Geruch in der Nase. Zum Glück fehlt dieser im Geschmack. Hier präsentiert er sich fruchtig mit Karamell und Röstnoten. Wird zwar als ungefärbt deklariert, erinnert aber sowohl in der Nase als auch im Mund an Zuckercouleur."

"On The Rocks: On the nose has lots of notes of sweetness, fruits and floral that evolves into a slight sherry smell. Taste is sweet caramel with some fruit that trails off into a slight bitterness. Not bad but nothing special as a sipper but it is an entry level rum so you can’t expect too much from it. This is much nicer mixed and suggested to drink that way. Mixed Pepsi Zero: One the nose caramel and sweetness. Taste is caramel and general sweetness but no depth. Enjoyable mixed and would drink multiple glasses of it."
