Ed. 024 Captains Choice La Palma
Top review from Kevin Sorensen 🇩🇰:
"This one was also OK actually, but the price to quality maybe not optimal. Very light fruit in the profile as the previous one but drier on the palate. The Madeira Cask finish is there just very well hidden. The ABV has definitely lifted this one above normal Aldea releases."

Top review from Timo Groeger:
"Bottle Market Bremen Oktober 2024. Ebenfalls beim rausgehen mitgenommen. Dieser sagt mir aber nicht ganz zu. Nase überwiegend holzig, aber auch Vanille, Karamell und Schokolade erkennbar. Am Gaumen für mich zu süß, Schokolade und Karamell stechen hier hervor und stellen das Holz leider in den Hintergrund."
Ed. 028 La Palma Catorce XIV
Top review from Rowald Sweet Empire:
"Tastingset from Dam Spirits degustation. Massive virgin/pinewood in the nose. Spicy. Interesting for sure. More massive than you expect at 43%. Taste: bourbon wood kicks in. Burnt sugar. Caramel popcorn. Very tasty. Loving it. Nothing special but well done. Aldea is not your typical agricole but more of a not too sweet Spanish style rum. Lovely drop this where the nose is definitely misleading."
Ed. 37 La Palma Quince
Top review from Rowald Sweet Empire:
"Pretty Oaky rum. Finished on a boat on Armagnac/Moscatel and Portugese wine barrels for 7 months. Especially the oak comes through. More spice and wood than fruit strangely. Oranges.. Butterscotch/Mocha in the aftertaste. Not bad. Wish it had more abv%."

Top review from TheJackDrop:
"J'en ai un bon souvenir. Deja la visite de la distellerie était sympa, ensuite on a des petites bouteilles de 20cl bien pratiques pour déguster. On a des epices, du miel, du tabac, un peu de fruits. C'est court en bouche, mais c'est bon !"
Constellation’s Rum Polaris
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"It’s so bland that it’s really hard to detect the tastes at all and not even the rather high ABV shines through, but when trying hard it’s the sweetness and fruitiness that’s detected. Really nothing to write home about."
Maestro
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"I’m not impressed. I’ve expected more of a rum based on sugar cane juice distilled in a pot still. The flavors shows up late and especially during the quite short finish. It’s rather sweet, probably some added sugar, with some spiciness and some floral notes."
