"A rum tasted at Rhum Fest in 2024. Leather, varnished wood and pastry sweetness on the nose. The palate is very greedy with the same aromas. The finish is long. Very well-integrated alcohol, with no hint of high ABV."

"Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest 2024. Un nez de banane cuite avec du cuir, des fruits et de l’acétone. La bouche est gourmande avec des pâtisseries et de la noix de coco et des fruits compotés. La finale est moyennement longue sur la gourmandise. Un bel exemple de blend réussi."

"Rather unusual profile for a WP. A very fruity WP nose, without a doubt. It's on the palate that the profile changes, with very surprising burnt notes. Very pleasantly surprised. The alcohol is very present and could have been better integrated. I would have appreciated a little less wattage. Edit: tested with a drop of water to reduce power. I still find the weft worthy park, without a doubt. A little strange dirty side for a WP, but very pleasant. And a saline touch that I hadn't noticed initially. I think this rum would have deserved a reduction of around 50-55 to be at its best."

"Oh well, unfortunately this is out of line - downwards. Quite volatile on the nose and smelling like lemonade syrup, artificially bitter-sweet on the palate. I wouldn't have recognized it blindly as a rum from Trinidad. Doesn't meet my expectations at all, so I'm glad I didn't buy a bottle. Thank you, zabo, for the sample."
