"Les caroni trop huile de garage ou pneu de vél ou jus de vieux bois mouillé, c'est pas mon truc, donc souvent, j'aime bien mais sans plus. Mais alors celui ci me montre que ça peut être vraiment classe! Vieux bois à la cire d'abeille avec une belle fraîcheur en prime. Très élégant, très agréable, très bon. J'ai pas gouté 50 caroni, mais celui la c'est le meilleur que j'ai eu. Content de le partager pour le faire découvrir, mais si j'avais la chance d'en ravoir une, je la prends de suite!"

"WOW! ich hätte mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen können dass Rum mit 83% ohne Verdünnung und ohne Fassreifung so mild und harmonisch sein kann. der weiße Hai aus fiji🦈 ist unerwartet mild und komplex. an der Nase Papaya, ananas, Nagellack, etwas Ingwer und Rose, geschmacklich dann Papaya, Mokka, dunkle Schokolade, etwas Metallisch und wirklich sehr stimmig und rund mit einer leichten überreifen Fruchtsüße. im Abgang bleibt warmer starker Kaffee mit Kakao bestäubt und wieder Papaya. daiquiri damit Grenzt an technical K.O. ist aber absolut hervorragend lecker. großes Kino! top!⚡🦈🤤🇫🇯 Fiji in Reinform mit der typischen Note nach Fahrradschlauch, kräftigem Mokka, Papaya und verbrannten Noten... Nach wie vor einer meiner absoluter Benchmark white overproof was Komplexität und Alkohol Einbindung angeht..."

"Okay ciao. Wie kann das Ding mit 85% so mild trinkbar sein? Und wieso schmeckt mir ein Rum der nach einer kräftig angebratenen Pilz-Speck Pfanne mit balsamico und Melasse, schwarzkümmel und Thymian einreduziert wurde so gut? Krass. Das ist Mal wirklich flüssige DNA von Guyana in Reinform. Fett! 2-3 tropfen Wasser öffnen ihn endgültig übrigens. Geiles Zeug! Daiquiri damit ist auch komplett verrückt, als würde man Champignons mit Limette und Ananas abrunden und etwas Kümmel dazu rösten. Pervers aber geil!"

"This Rum is very impressive and offers us a very rich and interesting aromatic palette, all with a very nice balance. We find as well several types of fruits (Banana / Mango / Grape / Peach / Apricot) fermented passed to the solvent, spices (Clove / Nutmeg / Licorice / Vanilla / Pepper), a big vegetable side very green and very fresh as well as a super greediness.all that well balanced with a big funky and coppery side of Jamaica.the final is obviously interminable and very pleasant. Excellent rum, I love it!"

"In de neus is alcohol aanvankelijk overheersend, waardoor andere dingen moeilijk waar te nemen zijn. Maar na wat rust komen de Foursquare toetsen meer en meer op de voorgrond. De smaak is erg goed, je zou nooit denken dat je iets van 64,5% aan het drinken bent omdat de de alcohol zo goed geïntegreerd is."

"Tropical fruits meet tea, wood and a touch of menthol. Nice selection, good Clarendon. The alcohol remains present, but does not drift into the unpleasant. Overall, the flavor spectrum remains within the expected range, overall would have to do a bit more flavorwise to advance to even higher dimensions."

"Opulent fruit aromas paired with beautiful caramel sweetness. On the palate, vanilla and dark chocolate, spicy notes of green pepper and allspice, some roastiness, but with all this the high alcohol strength remains present. Nice selection, even if the bottling is to be classified as a very good classic rather than an absolute top candidate with outstanding peculiarities in the profile."
