But alas, on both the palate and the nose, it's not enough. 92 is still legendary...but I expected even more. In direct comparison with the TRC30 for me on par."

"Ein hervorragender PM mit kontinentaler Reifung. Der macht richtig Spaß. Insgesamt sehr gediegen mit einem schönen Aromenspiel von Gewürzen, Frucht und Kräutern . Je länger er atmet, desto weichere Aromen kommen dazu. Im Abgang wird das Ganze mit einer kräftigen dunkleren Note von Mokka und Zartbitterschokolade ergänzt. Der Alkohol ist top eingebunden."

"Dieser TRC ist deutlich komplexer als der ältere Bruder. Die Nase ist nicht ganz so betörend, aber am Gaumen harmonieren die Frucht, Holz und Würze hervorragend. So muss es sein 🤩. Der Abgang ist lang und intensiv. Ein sehr guter 2001er Hampden Re-Tasting bei Dr. Django: Meine Bewertung bleibt unverändert"

"Unfortunately, I can't quite go along with the top ratings. The nose I find despite an hour of breathing somewhat flat. The high ABV does him but good and in the mouth already ne real grenade. Thank you for the sample 🙏🏼"

"Ein ziemliches Brett! Sehr fruchtige Nase, wirkt noch sehr jung und frisch. Das gefällt mir sehr gut, macht ihn aber auch etwas einseitig. Erdige Aromen, Würzigkeit und das Fass sind sehr hintergründig wahrnehmbar. Neben grünem Apfel, tropischen Früchten und Zitrusmarmelade, sind da noch sehr viel Lösungsmittel und Säure, aber auch Süße wie Marzipan und Melasse. Im Mund überwiegt auch hier deutlich die Frucht, sehr intensiv, kräftig, Cremig jedoch nicht ganz so mundfüllend als andere Vertreter...da fehlt irgendwie etwas....Der Abgang ist lediglich mittellang und etwas enttäuschend "

"Strong DOK !!! Hampden par excellence ... Strong ester nose paired with a delicious fruit body alcohol sticks in view of the 64.5% hardly in the nose ... On the palate you notice the alcohol a little more but never disturbing quite the opposite he brings the HD gene in its most beautiful form (pineapple, mango, honey and a portion of UHU) in the mouth ... simply brilliant !!! For me personally one of the best DOK bottlings of all time."

"09.11.2019 Had a nice evening with friends and bottles wrapped in tinfoil ☺️ Notes. Very light in colour. Nose: fresh, ester, fruity, banana, overripe, light wood. Palate: Intense, ester, fruity, sweet, oily, light wood, medium dry. Finish: long, warm, light wood, dried fruit, medium dry."

"Vertical PM tasting: 89 / 95 /97 / 97 (cognac finish) / 02 / 05 / 13: Nose: Classic PM notes with some additional depth vs. the younger bottlings. Palate: nice complexity paying tribute to its age. Delivers what you would hope for in a continental PM with a nice touch of dried fruits."
