"12.06.2020 Relaxing over a nice lunch with friends and family and a few rums. Notes Very dark in colour (almlst black). Nose Elegant, wood, roasted, light smoke, fruit, raisin, light caramel. Palate Oily, balanced, complex, dried fruit, caramel, light grape, light coffee. Finish Long, complex, wood, roasted, dried fruit, light caramel, coffee, faint chocolate. Extra note Needs to rest for a very long time to open up properly."
