"Zweite Verkostung in Kombination mit einer exquisiten dunklen Schokolade: Eine hervorragende Kombination! Die Schokolade nimmt dem Rum die Spitzen der alkoholischen Schärfe, eine tolle Kombination! (Wertung unverändert) Kräftiger, intensiver Eindruck an der Nase. Viel tropische Früchte (reife Ananas und grüne Banane), erinnert mich sehr an Rum-Backaroma. Der Alkohol ist kaum zu spüren. Am Gaumen ebenso intensiv und schön ausgewogen mit Süße, Würze und Fassnoten. Wieder kein störender Alkohol. Im Nachklang entdecke ich die typische leich salzige Bitterkeit, die mich auch an grüne Oliven erinnert. Sehr guter Rum, nach meinem Empfinden mindestens so gut wie die GH Abfüllungen, deshalb 8,8 als Wertung"
