"Nez annonçant un rhum doux avec des notes de caramel, de vanille, puis une pâte d'amande et un léger côté chocolat noir. Après une bonne ouverture, l'orange s'installe et donne un ensemble rond et gourmand. En bouche, l'attaque est sur le chocolat noir et un côté piquant (alcool pas parfaitement intégré l'ensemble) On reste sur une note assez alcoolique malgré le faible degré. La gourmandise du nez n'est pas au rdv en bouche."

"This is a cheap Caroni and a brilliant example that you get what you pay for. All the typical Caroni notes of rubber and tar are missing. This is not a bad rum, but in my mind not a Caroni. The nose is thin with light wood, vanilla and some nuts. The is a light roasted note with dried fruit and a faint earthy note. The palate is diluted/thin withe lightly roasted wood, dried fruit, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. Tha finish is medium with light roasted wood, vanilla and raisins. Price to quality is pretty good but it's not a Caroni :-)"

"J'aime beaucoup ce nez sur les fruits confits, la banane, avec quelques épices douces mêlées au boisé. On peu même y trouver quelques légers solvants après ouverture. En bouche c'est un rhum porté sur les épices et quelques fruits tropicaux. La finale est moyenne et une légère réglisse se mêle aux épices. C'est agréable mais pour un trinidad je m'attendais à mieux."

"A spicy and fresh floral nose... Let's not delay... Hop in the mouth...A light but well served Panama. A nice presence of wood. The Bourbon barrel is there and softens the whole. It does it... A good medium finish with tropical fruit aromas. If you can find it, don't hesitate... A must have."
