"On The Rocks: On the nose strong spice and oak mixture with fruit and floral undertones. Taste reveals a sweet spice and oak with some floral and fruit notes. Finish is medium with fruit and green apple with a slight sweetness. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose smells like Pepsi zero. Taste is like Pepsi zero with sweetness. Drinking mixed washed away all the complexity. Suggest drinking on the rocks."

"The nose is inviting and reminiscent of Chinese plum wine. The rum needs time in the glass and the alcohol stings a little on the nose. The rum is fine-sparkling in the glass and has a beautiful brown color. The taste is sweet with fruity notes. The finish is long and the taste of plum lingers on the palate, not unpleasant. This rum should delight sweet rum drinkers 🥃."
