"Another great ester bomb from Jamaica. Very delicious rum. The bouquet in the nose is amazing! The alcohol could be integrated better. Normally i would give a 84 rating, but the original price per value was excellent, so +2! Nose: complex, ester, nail polish, glue, solvents, fermented, varnish, trop fruits, pineapple, citrus, orange, banana, overripe fruits, spicy, woody Mouth: Ester, glue, nail polish, intense, full bodied, elegant, delicious, round, oak, salty, smoky, roasted, some accents of anise, pineapple, orange peal Finish: long, fruity, furry, bitter, vinegar, warm fermented, toasted, salty, woody(oak), pineapple, orange peal, overripe fruits, spicy"

"#4759 22.06.2024 Nice tasting afternoon and evening with Hannes at the shop in Odense. Nose Light, light wood, faint caramel, spice, dried fruit, floral, light chocolate. Palate Light, oily, light wood, light chocolate, dried fruit, faint mint, light floral, light medicinal. Finish Medium long, light wood, light cherry, dried fruit, light medicinal, faint chocolate. This is a very light Caroni without the traditional Caroni notes. Not bad but not a Ding Ding version either."
