"The needs time in the glass... then develop wonderful aromas of chocolate, coffee, toasted brittle...On the palate, first a subtle sweetness ... then spice, coffee, creamy it spreads, with time slightly astringent... the alcohol is quite well eingvebinden, but not pervekt!In the finish, the flavor continues... a good Foursquare!"

"Attentive to the Travellers Distillery I have become through very well rated bottlings of other independent bottlers. This rum is compared to these, which were also distilled around 2007 and stored for 10 years, a real bargain! Brilliant toasty aromas, caramel, banana, vanilla, milk chocolate. In the mouth, unfortunately, not so much more happens except for a direct combination of sweet caramel and toasty/hot spices. Overall, I really like the rum, especially the banana-coffee-cream-toffee-milk chocolate combination."

"This one was a nice surprise. A warm fruity and fresh rum with spices and some medicinal notes. Lightly bitter and warm on the palate. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes before sipping and if you like it to open up more add a drop of water or two. Price to quality is very good."
