"Relatively wild & dirty with so much glue/petrol. Very unusual for a Trinidad. Mint, caramel syrup, dried fruit and lots of spices on the palate. But it's not really harmonious. Too sweet and at the same time too "dirty"."

"Really impressively delicious, complex Nicaragua rum. Nice daily sipper. I like it surprisingly well. Especially this combination of caramelized coconut, tangerine and dark chocolate with vanilla and light tannins is really fun!"

"Time to finish up the 1423 Christmas calendar "24 days of rum". This one had some oak and spicyness in the nose to me, and some spice hints of dried fruit and an oily mouthfeel. I find the alcohol could have been better integrated"

"14.04.2018 A nice get-together with good friends and own bottles. Notes. Nose: fresh, light, dried fruit, pineapple, Polish, wood, light roasted. Palate: light/thin, fruity, pineapple, spice, wood, medium dry. Finish: short to medium, thin, dried fruit, medium dry, light roasted wood."

"Ein stinknormale Rum, kein Ausreißer nach oben oder unten:) Dieser ist in Nase und Gaumen eher fruchtig, Zitrusfrüchte und Orange, man kann aber auch einen Hauch von Süsse rausschmecken, Karamell wie ich meine."
